Bookings and Cancellations
Due to the high demand for our therapists and services here at Radiance, we ask that prior to booking an appointment with us that you agree to our terms and conditions.
So we can attend to all your beauty and treatment needs, please arrive five to ten minutes early to ensure all necessary consent forms are complete prior to your treatment commencing.
Your treatments are allocated a certain amount of time. If you arrive late, unfortunately you will lose valuable treatment time, as we have to consider the next client’s appointment.
A notification will reminder will be sent via SMS two days prior to you appointment. This SMS is a NO REPLY text.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment please do so with 24hrs notice – that way we can offer that spot to another eager Radiance goer. If you no show to your appointment, or cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 20% of the treatment value will be payable.
To make sure we always offer the best service and quality, from time to time, we may modify, discontinue or change prices on treatments without prior notification. Our Radiance Receptionist will be happy to answer questions when you make your booking.
You can pay for your Radiance services and retail products using VISA, MASTERCARD, EFTPOS, Gift Vouchers and good old fashioned cash.
Thank you for being a valued Radiance client and for your understanding and cooperation as we adopt these policies.
If you are pregnant (Congratulations!), suffer from high blood pressure, are using Retin A, Accutane, photosensitising or other prescriptive medications, have any injuries or recent cosmetic injectables, laser treatment or surgeries please let our Radiance Receptionist know. This is so we can consider the effect of these on your treatment.
We here at Radiance appreciate that from time to time your health circumstances may change; we request you inform your therapist of these changes as they occur.
Radiance staff take pride in our high level of professionalism and our adherence to a high level of confidentiality.
We are happy to accommodate junior Radiance goers between the ages of 12 and 17 when they are accompanied by a legal guardian, along with a signed consent form.
Change your mind? We’ll happily accept returns on merchandise within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase, except for opened cosmetics and skincare. If you have purchased a set only the complete set can be returned. You will receive your refund as a Radiance Credit so you can purchase future products or services.
